A scientific society's year
In the order it happens. Each step uses the data from the one before, with no spreadsheets passed between tools.

Membership fees
Fees by membership category, online payment, and invoices issued in the society's own invoicing software (InvoiceXpress, TOConline, Fiz or Vendus).

Call for abstracts
Members and non-members submit without creating an account. Authors and affiliations are structured, and each author can correct their abstract through the link they receive by email.

Classification and numbering
The society classifies each abstract as an oral presentation or a poster, assigns the final numbering and writes to the authors in each group.

Registration
Price categories, a waiting list, proof of student status checked before payment, and registrations paid by the institution.

Congress
Every delegate gets a QR code in their confirmation email. At the door, self-service check-in stations read it with nobody from the organisers standing by. On their phone, with nothing to install, they have the programme, the abstracts and their ticket.

Certificates
Certificates of attendance from the recorded check-ins, in the society's own template, with a code anyone can verify online.
Abstracts formatted the way science needs
Italics for species and genes, superscript, subscript and Greek letters in the title and the text. Affiliations are numbered automatically in the order of the authors. When the call closes, the abstracts export to Word in the society's template, ready for the abstract book.

Registration the treasurer can close
Paid by the institution
The university or hospital receives the invoice before it pays and the receipt afterwards. The place stays held until the payment arrives.
Student rate with proof
Anyone choosing the student rate sends their proof when they register. The society accepts it before asking for payment.
Rates by type of delegate
One rate for members, another for non-members, and separate rates for groups of members, each with its own early-bird deadline.
In Portuguese and English
Delegates from abroad register, submit abstracts and receive their emails in English. Each message goes out in the recipient's language, not the sender's.
For congress organisers
If you run congresses for several societies, each one is a separate account, with its own members, its own payment account and its own invoicing software. One login moves you between them, and no data or payment crosses over.
